Outside our walls are hurting, troubled communities that desperately need the compassion and love of Christ. We strive to follow in the example and words of Jesus when it comes to being an influence in the community in which we are planted.
As Siloam Apostolic Congregation, we recognize the importance of reaching out to those who are most in need, to support and share with all of those around us, for this is how a church can demonstrate how God’s love works. Church leaders and members are encouraged to participate in the following initiatives-
- Provision of financial support to struggling families / persons
- Distribution of food and provisions for struggling families / persons
- Provision of medicines for people in need
- Visiting and caring for the sick
- Supporting people who require legal support, have been cheated by agents or employers, etc. and connecting them to professionals / experts
- Helping / connecting job-seekers
Through these humble efforts, we hope to introduce the truly life transforming news of Jesus Christ to the people around us.
